We usually meet once a month at Newcastle's Elswick Pool, which includes the use of a gym.
Please arrive at 5:50pm for swimming from 6:00pm-7.30pm.
Tea and coffee available until 7.50pm
A Gym is also available; please bring appropriate footwear and a towel to sit on, for hygene reasons.
